I am not sure which battery to fit – Varta 019 Car Battery G14 with Amp Hours (Ah): 95Ah Cold Cracking Amp (CCA): 850CCA or Varta 020 Car Battery H15 with Amp Hours: (Ah): 105Ah Cold Cranking Amp: (CCA):920cca. Which is more powerful 019 or 020 and which is the better battery equivalent to original Audi manufacturer. Please advise
The equivalent of your current battery is the Varta G14 or Varta A5 (newer model). The Varta 020, which is model A4 or H15, will have a higher capacity, but it is a larger battery (length 394 mm compared to 353 mm). If you decide to switch to the 020, make sure that the larger battery will fit in the base. Additionally, in the case of the Audi Q7, it is recommended to register the new battery in the car’s computer system whenever you replace the battery.
